Product Recommendation
This solution template enables you to bring your products closer to your audience! It comes with conversational flows that will guide the website visitor through the shopping process. The chatbot understands the user's intent and displays a range of product options based on the visitor’s preferences.
Customers can choose the product they want to purchase, add the products to the shopping cart and place their order via the chatbot. You can also design the chatbot to provide information about upcoming products relevant to the customer’s intent and allow them to pre-order new products once they start being available.
Recommendation engines integrated to this chatbot can help retailers increase the sales and help users discover products that fit very well with their tastes and requirements.
Configure the template
After you import this solution, configure it following the procedure described in Configuring Skill Templates.
See the solution in action
In the chat, type “I want to buy a gift”.
The chatbot understands the intent and offers some suggestions.
Type “no” and the chatbot will search for another recommendation asking some additional questions to filter the results.
The chatbot will search in the database and it will show the available products.
Click “Add to cart”.
To complete the order, click the “My cart” button.
My shopping cart
This skill provides the conversational flow to display the customer's shopping cart summary, apply vouchers, order and pay.

In the chat, type “My shopping cart”
The chatbot shows your shopping cart summary.
Click "Use voucher".
Click “Apply voucher”.
Choose the "Courier" delivery method.
Confirm the delivery address.
The order summery is shown. Choose the payment method.
Choose either "Card on delivery" or "Cash on delivery".
The order is placed.
